Sorry about pokemonguy @Pokemanic45 he's a scrub from the UK with no friends so he feels the need to bash people who's lists need improvement.
On topic @desufnoc gave you good advice. I would follow his advice if I were you.

Pokemanic45 Wanna get burned, Zapped, or Frozen?

In testing this list has been working out for me. Pyroar and trevenant are the pokemon I want to get out turn 2 so i can slow down their setup and then I get setup.[DOUBLEPOST=1407802501][/DOUBLEPOST]
    Thanks for the help.
Floral, Serperior and Gelato like this.

Look online for a list by 'Ross Gilbert'. Also what are you matchups.

My meta is Plasma, BigBasics variants, Yveltal, Blastoise.

Rotation? Because all of those decks are dead/outclassed next format.

The only dead deck he listed was blastoise (Plasma is going to have a lot against it, so arguably its going to be dead)

Plasma- Terrible Seismetoad matchup. Has a glimmer of hope but doesn't have the options it used to have. Pyroar can now run through it easier than before.

Yveltal- No Dark Patch or Sableye and will be to slow to compete.

Big Basics- will be strong but is outclassed in every way by Landorus/Lucario/Techs.

Let's skip past the part where you think I don't know how Garbodor works and get to a real discussion. What are some of these Ability-based decks that you actually expect to encounter?
