I watched this on the Gym, and as I commented there, I think it’d be awesome if the game wasn’t sped up and there was some commentary. Whether you guys actually connected to Skype while you were playing, or after the video was done, went back and watched it together and recorded a “directors commentary” of sorts, I think that’d be awesome.

Agreed. The sped up part made it hard to follow and I had trouble making it through the whole thing… but good idea nonetheless. Even if you just slowed it down so I could follow it more easily I would like it better though.

No, I usually listen to death metal. But nobody would like to listen to that while watching pokemon. ;P

Great idea guys! This seems really fun and the matchup was interesting and really showed how it plays out! IMO recording these with ‘perfect’ or ‘close to perfect’ starting hands would be ideal so everyone can see exactly how every matchup plays out.
I also think the video would be better if we actually got to hear throughtout the match one or both of the players thoughts on their plays/decisions/searches etc.
I personally didn’t enjoy the music, thought it was kind of dull, but that’s the least important part of the video I guess.
This website looks better by the day guys :).
And finally my last thought, don’t mess around so much with the mouse while the game is going on, as it distracts the viewer from what Adam was doing at the time. Maybe it was just me though.
Totally agree with the mouse thing, Pablo… there was one point, I don’t remember where, where Rokman took some window and dragged it into circles a billion times, and I was a little confused…
It was sort of funny though, at first I thought the “colorful language” mentioned was simply the word “gay,” until further explicitness came along.

Are you using Hypercam 2? Most screen cap recorders have an option to not record the mouse.
I’d love to be able to do this with some of my matches…can anyone recommend a decent capturing software?
