Commenting Etiquette

Be cool. That's all we ask. The writers and editors put a lot of time into bringing you these articles, so show some respect. It's ok to be critical, but please be civil about it. Don't embarrass yourself in front of everyone by making juvenile remarks because you may regret it later. If you have issue with someone, "Get a room." Nobody wants to see your childish back-and-forth banter. Think twice before commenting, use proper grammar, HAVE FUN, and thanks for adding to the conversation!

Well 4-2 Isn't bad and especially seeing as you hadn't tested the deck this is an awesome article thanks.
I will submit my experience if I end up going to a UK states but I somehow doubt that, maybe it's because I don't have a proper deck xD.

Hey man I went 4-2 as well, and I think you did fine given the fact you didnt fully test the deck. Exceppent report and may your next Tournament merit you more success. Keep up the great work Adam.

It won't allow me to correct the typo due to technical difficulties but “Exeppent” is supposed to be “Excellent” lol!

4-2 isn't bad at all! That Garchomp/Genger sounds interesting I had a friend who went to Delaware yesterday to and he was talking about that Garchomp/Gengar combo!

I'm a grandmother in California and my 12 year-old grandson, who's really into Pokemon, is in Texas. His computer is broken but we spend hours on the phone researching strategies. I just wanted to thank you for your posts. He listens to every word as I read them to him and take notes.

I just wanted to let you know that your hard work is really appreciated, and not just by the younger-set.

Good Luck at your next tournament and keep us posted!!

    Thanks!!!

Thanks for the kind words Debra! I wish all the best for your grandson, that's awesome that you two are able to discuss strategies over the phone together…seriously that's too cool! You are a super grandmother. :)

I will definitely post another report after next weekend and hopefully I'll try a different deck out to report back on.

    Best,

    Adam

The 3-1 Luxray is a bit surprising, how did that work out? I'm working on a LuxChomp list atm, but I'm not really sure of the lines, especially with the Chomp and Lux, and the Supporters. :P

  • http://www.adamcapriola.com/ Adam Capriola

Quaziko played 3/1 Chomp and 2/1 Luxray and did well. I didn't make the list, just played it. :P 3/1 Luxray was ok I guess.

I know one good player at the tourny was using Mismagius and Ambipom techs. I also PlusPower being discussed as a tech vs Gyarados to OHKO them with Luxray plus Lucario, but Belt might be better.

Wow, I've never heard of a PokeGrandma. You have to be the coolest grandmother of all time!!!

Not to be that guy, but you know that Delaware is the second smallest state in the country, Rhode Island is the smallest (yes, we are a state and not part of New York).

Besides my ranting, nice job, 4-2 w/ SP on your first time using it is pretty good!!
