dude, pretty good run for the first run for reigonals! well… I won in my division… and I started last summer in august and this was my first reigonals… and I ran SP… NOT! lol I didn’t run SP, I ran VileGar and in my division, I think that there were like 2 SP in the top 8 and one in top 4. in the finals, it was GeChamp (opponent) vs. VileGar (me). I won so that is da powa of stage 2 dex! lol

Skuntank G is a VileGar player’s worst nightmare whenever you have a consistent damage output of 100. I’d say to keep it — it seems to have done you some good in your non-SP matchups.

And I’d personally try to max out Pokemon Collector and Bebe’s Search to maximize consistency. Other than that, your decklist’s pretty solid. Great job with the tournament! ^.^

I originally had the Collectors maxed out, but during my testing, they consistently clogged my hand mid to late game and I new my deck wouldn’t handle it. And my Bebe’s lines are almost always at 3 because that’s what works out for me. Just my play style I guess.
I’m really looking for a way to put in Warp Points and/or Switches and/or Warp Energies, and then discard more. I’m thinking Regice, but even though that makes my SP matchup a little bit better, it’s just one more Pokemon with a high retreat cost. At least its attack can be used, even though it’s not very good.

Good job, mate. Next format I should be there with ye for events.

As for switching ability, I agree. I remember little Wormadam’s only chance at stalling your deck (once you are set up) is the fact I run three warp points.

I have a friend who teched Unown P into his Vilegar, so he puts a damage counter on his gengar… forcing you to flip for feinting spell.

    So annoying.

I suggest you rename this article ‘MagneGatr’; the first time I read it I was so confused about how you would combine Feraligatr Prime and the lost zone…

It didnt help that you said ‘(list to follow report, but please read!)’ :(

Well, since ‘GatrZone has been a name that’s been used before (by Pablo Meza) and I put my other decklist in one of my articles before I modified it, I thought it would be fine. I’m sorry if I caused confusion.
