    Exclamation CurseGar! Major Help Needed!

    There is major hype on this "CurseGar" deck heading into states, so i decided to try and build one. The strategy is get early trainer lock on opponent with either Spiritomb or SF Gastley, get Curse Gengar out quick and start using shadow skip and swith with either Fainting Spell Gengar, Spiritomb/Mr. Mime to continue the lock or Mewtwo lv X to shut down SP, AMU and Shuppet.
    OK so here is my list, let me know where I can use some improvement

    You should probably play 4 candy's if you can, and also maybe play a Lookers of to there not that bad to play anyway! Theres a start anyway, is there an exact problem with the deck or something you are concerned about because your list seems good?

    -1 Dusclops
    +1 Spiritomb

    8 chances at T1 trainer lock are too good to pass up

    -2 Warp Points
    +1 Call Energy
    +1 Mr Mime

    I personally don't think warp points are that good in Cursegar. You can't use them with Tomb active which you'll be boomeranging enough to to where they'll become dead cards.

    Call for consistency and a second Mime in case Gyarados runs Cyclone Energy which then makes the Mime counter worthless against Gyara

    Few other thoughts, but this is all playstyle now...

    I don't know if I like BTS or Moonlight in this more...

    I feel only 1 NM is really needed. If you lose 2 belted Genagrs you are probably toast already.

    I'd try to fit the 4th Bebes in too...

    yeah the only thing im concerned about is the speed of it, maybe its just the way i play it or it could be that i am missing some sort of key component.
    Like is Mewtwo the right person to add to this deck? Is only having 3 Spirtomb enough? I guess i just have a lot of little nit picky concerns :p lol

    Well the deck isn't the fastest to begin with but yet still good!

    Yeah, moonlight stadium for the warp energy, and definately play 4 candies if you are running a 1-0-1 tech in the deck.

    i made mine when it came out and i like this idea but i still like using mesprits in mine as well

    If you play spiritomb wanting to start with it, play 4 rather than 3. The chances of you starting with it go up a lot more than you'd expect just by adding that 4th tomb.

    If you expect a lot of Gyarados, play another Mime, otherwise it's good at one.

    The mewtwo is a great choice- it will really help your SP matchup, especially if they have no counter to it other than hitting around it.

    I love the Mewtwo it completely screws Sp, even Dialga G variances because of the Gengar X's "Level Down" power!

    Also, you may want to try and fit in Palmer's Contribution so you can get more back at a shot! Also I don't see any reason to play BTS, I would swap those for Moonlight Stadium almost all you evolving is done with either Spiritomb or Rare Candying! One last thing, if you get a chance could you post an updated list?

    narrd I agree, but I would either choose four spiritomb or another mime, but not another of each. BTS is okay in the deck, but because of darkness grace you sometimes don't get a chance to actually use it to your advantage.

    Exactly so you should cut those for something more useful like Moonlight Stadium!

    4 Tombs and 2 Mimes is not too much. 2 Mimes tilts Gyara, especially variants that only run Cyclone wildly in your favor. And like I've said. 8 chances at T1 trainer lock is too good to pass up.

    I only run 2 tombs and 1 mime but 2 mimes is what you want and maybe 3 tombs. i also have rescues so im ok on those. alot of times tombs just give easy prizes, so depending what youre playing i dont always feed them to people. ill let my sf gengar get hit and ill let them spread the damage around so they cant knock me out and i have a chance to use ssu's or use fainting spell

    I would say 1 mime is fine, because they can only get 4 prizes before they run out of cyclone energies. I would think 4 tombs would help a lot though, and add in some moonlight stadiums probably.

    You're forgetting Regice there, that big ice cube will be moving your Mime out every turn.

    yea that thing is a pain my friend runs it in his starmie gatr prime deck and i must say its a major pain and its worth the 2 mimes i just need a second 1 in a week xP along with a second Moonlight stadium

    Oh yeah, the regice... Well, I had a hard time fitting all the cards I wanted in this deck, while still having enough energies. I would probably play 3 tombs if you're playing 2 mimes maybe.
