I run an evee deck, and I use Umbreon prime in it. Works like a charm.

abuse this through Garchomp X’s Restore

I like that idea! Plus, Garchomp SV is a decent Garchomp C X counter, and this deck, like mentioned, has a hard time vs SP. The other deck Garchomp X’s restore attack would be EPIC in is Gyarados, because you can have 4 Magikarp and 1 Gyarados in the discard and “Restore” for Gyarados, leaving all FOUR Magikarps in the discard. Tail Revenge = 120+ dmg!

        2 hard 2 get out
i ran it as a random tech in my Gyarados
if i got it up, my opponenet obviously has something good out to KO my Gyarados. So I have to use Garchomp svs attack and i dont have time or resources to use sacrifice :(
its good in theory but hard 2 get out and running

I know, but it would work better in Umbreon.

        4 Umbreon + 2 Espeon + 4 spec dark + belt = 170 damage = OHKO Rhyperior LV. X. Not like that matters though.

And that’s only if you draw into a Bebe’s somewhere. It’s better to do 90 T3.

You say that Garchomp C won’t be attacking Umbreon. Uh…only the Lv X has a pokepower. The basic Garchomp C has Claw Swipe and Earthquake to attack with. So Umbreon would take 30-50 damage from Garchomp C basic.

    Just a thought.

Man, I wish Fouchet finished up this article. I would’ve loved to have seen what he would’ve teched against all of those decks.

    -1 Psychic Energy
    +2 Fire
    +2-1 Blasiken FB
    +2 Cyrus
    +1 Energy Gain
    +1 SP Radar
    +2 PONT
    +2 Copycat
    -1 Collector
-1 Espeon Prime (When do you want to do Umbreona attack with Psychic Pokemon??)
    +2 Energy Exchanger

    • Anonymous

Espeon Prime – Psychic weakness, just like mew ex was used in mew/mantric lock a few years ago. +30 or x2 weakness is equal to 3 special dark, but faster. You still get the lock attack, while being able to hit a second weakness.

if there is a hard time against SP why not make this deck a trainer lock adding spiritomb, and vile plume its slow but you also slow your opponent and SP decks cant use poketurn, energy gain, power spray, etc… and if Dialga is in your way throw in a blazeiken FB lv.x or something
