Note: The Nidorina is from Mysterious Treasures, not Majestic Dawn, so it’s no longer legal for those looking to play Nidoqueen in the new format. (the article mistakenly says MD)

Also, cool article. Very nice to see the reasoning behind the build of such a successful deck by the man himself.

“My personal favorite card (warp point). I’ve won countless games and events with this card being my last play.”

Warp point in conjunction with Dusknoir won me so many games last season! Absolutely my favorite combo bar none! the look on their faces when I warped their best attacker to the bench and shuffled it in with Dusknoir was always very entertaining!!!
    Awesome article and great read!

I think you’re confusing warp with cyclone energy

some techs I would consider if there is ever another DP on event where you live and you feel like cursegar is cool are:Alakazam MT can block Uxie, Luxray GL, and Claydol, at the cost of discarding 2 Spiritomb.Noctowl Promo HS can get you a peek when you need to find out which of Gengar’s attacks to use.Mismagius UL can switch some energy around for youMew SW copies attacks of discarded pokemon, and Giratina LV.X can make your opponent discard some, as well as having a decent spread option and its basics Judge-like power.

If Gengar AR is the main attacker for this this deck, then why do you only run 1?

If I ran Vilegar should I cut all the trainers?
In the now format should I run Duskoir SF?

If I were you, I’d cut all the trainers and add 1 Dusknoir SF, but I’m not the expert on VileGar, or any Gengar for that matter. Just screw around with it and see which way works best for you.
