		<description>I am really looking forward to DCE - it&#039;s going to help out a lot of those Colourless Pokemon that have high Energy costs (plus many others like Hippowdon). It should take a bit of the bite out of a lot of SP decks, as many SP Pokemon can&#039;t effectively use DCE and Energy gain together. 

Some SP that have not been used much, e.g Machamp and Gyarados, might get a second look, as they have attacks that can benefit from DCE.</description>
